Precipitation

Come drip down the windshield with me

Come lay on petals

Come slow down cars

          slow down lives

Come dance with me

Come refill rivers

          and make beautiful cold sculptures

Let us fall from above and replenish all

words

A man in a band in North Georgia (during the summer of 2012 ) once told me....
"Don't ever bow down to anyone, Grace, carry yourself with such"

Seems like a children's book

And so god knit a scarf
an assortement of colors
an assortment of textures
an assortment of styles
He loved the yarn

The yarn grew stronger when interwoven as one
When the scarf was finished and god's hands rested
The multiple colors complimented each other
none isolated
none alone
Wrapped up tight
On purpose
to make the world warm

gahhh I love life

And he looks at me and says, "Bye sweetheart"
like he knows me
like a grandfather would
with sincerity
and I just met them
an older sweet british couple
my heart is warm

fond of humans

Tickling fancy
of an amazing humanity
Interactions of stories
the beatles and their glory
Stopped by a british couple with awe
at my young taste and love
For a generation they crawled in and walked out
I only knew about

A dark skinned male helping a feeble old lady across the street
Trash filled grocery bags dancing around her feet
I asked if she was okay
And the young man firmly said he'd make sure she was alright
And immediatley I was lifted of fright
And smiled knowing sometimes we have our stranger's back
there is not always a lack
Of chivalry

Abroad

And when the wind blows passion
to the east
               Across
                     Oceans & Comfort

                   to green covered fields calling

And the place I now call home
will be gone
for now-                             A distance away

                                                   Uprooted to Grow

Stretching Lands
Stretching Limbs
& so it Begins

A New Journey
Welcome to our land
Welcome to Ireland
